Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt until the leavening agents are evenly distributed.
- Using a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, cream the butter with the granulated and brown sugars for approximately 2 minutes to achieve mechanical aeration.
